Business summary
This project was started as part of a project to promote overseas study for students, to teach them the English skills and study methods necessary to achieve their target scores in English proficiency tests required for studying abroad.
Every year, we hold skill-up seminars to help students achieve their scores in the IELTS and TOEFL iBT exams. These two English exams are the global standard tests for proving English proficiency, and the number of test takers continues to increase around the world.
In order to encourage students who want to study abroad in the near future to improve their English skills, we hold seminars by English experts in each exam field, either in person or online.
As globalization is also required in university learning, we hold seminars in cooperation with the institutions that administer the exams so that students who participate in the seminars can turn their eyes more to the world and increase their awareness of globalization. The IELTS Skill-Up Seminar is held as a place where not only students affiliated with the University Consortium Kyoto, but also faculty and staff of affiliated universities can learn more about English education.
