issued by Kyoto Prefecture, Campus Plaza Kyoto
will suspend
the use of rental rooms after 8 p.m.
from Monday, January 18, 2021 to Sunday, February 7, 2021. We.
* Campus Plaza Kyoto is closed on Monday, January 18, so it will be available from Tuesday, January 19.
Rental rooms set in the night category (18:00~21:30) can be used until 20 o'clock,
but the full amount of the night classification fee will be charged.

Please check with each facility regarding the use of the "Kyoto City Wakamono Employment Support Center" and the "Open University of Japan Kyoto Learning Center" in
this facility.

【Reimbursement of usage fee when canceling reservation during closed hours】

 When canceling a reservation for use of a usage category that includes facility closure hours

⓶ If the reservation has been established as of January 14, 2021 (Thursday)
⓷ When it is not possible to respond without cancellation, such as changing the date of use or postponing
2 . Handling of usage fees or usage fees when all of the above 1 conditions are met
  If the usage fee or usage fee of the public facility has already been paid, the full amount will be refunded.
In addition, we will not ask for payment if it is not paid.
3. Cancellation Period
If the Kyoto Prefecture emergency measures are lifted in the middle of the period, we will no longer accept cancellations on the premise of a full refund at that time

Note 1 "Reservations for use in the usage category that includes facility closure hours"
cannot be refunded if the facility is used during a time when the facility is not closed.
(Example: If the "nighttime" usage category is "18:00 to 21:30" and
the facility is closed after 20:00, the facility will be used from 18:00 to 20:00.)
(A usage fee from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. will be charged.) Note

other categories of use reservations due to the cancellation of "reservations for use categories including facility closure hours,"
the full amount of reservations for use in other categories will also be refunded.

From the perspective of preventing the spread of new coronavirus infection, when using Campus Plaza Kyoto, we ask for your cooperation in the following points.

 

・ Please wear a mask when entering the museum and disinfect your hands with the disinfectant installed at the entrance.
* If you do not wear a mask, you will not be allowed to enter the museum in principle.

・If you have a fever (37.5 degrees Celsius or higher or more than 1 degree Celsius), or if you have symptoms such as cough, sore throat, sluggishness, or difficulty breathing, please do not enter the museum.

・The distance between seats in the rental room should be at least 2m (minimum 1m). Also, make sure that people do not stay before and after the usage time.

・Please bring a handkerchief or hand towel, and wipe your hands thoroughly after using the bathroom.

・Please refrain from talking in the elevator or in the lobby in front of the elevator. You can also use the stairs.

For reservations for use of CAMPUS Plaza Kyoto that meet the following reservation conditions, if you are forced to cancel your reservation due to the influence of the new coronavirus infection, you may be able to refund the usage fee or usage fee that has already been paid in full (if you have not paid it, we will not ask you to pay it), so please contact us.
