Campus Plaza Kyoto (officially known as Kyoto City University's Community Exchange Center) is equipped with lecture rooms, seminar rooms, conference rooms, and halls as a base for promoting exchange between universities. It is located near Kyoto Station, and the general public can use it for seminars, training, conferences, etc. at a reasonable price.

・ Regarding reservations and availability by phone at the beginning of the month, the window will be crowded, so
it will be from 13 o'clock. Thank you for your cooperation.
・In order to protect the environment according to the Kyoto Protocol,
the air conditioners at the hotel are operated at 28°C for cooling (May to October) and 20°C for heating (December to March).
In April and November, cooling and heating are not in operation due to the air conditioning switching period.
