Announcement of “Incandescent! British Debating Seminar in Kyoto 2014”
We will invite debaters from top universities such as the University of Oxford and graduate students from their home countries to hold seminars to learn the appeal of parliamentary debates. On the day of the event, model debates and workshops will be held, and we plan to introduce debate learning methods and interact with British students.
