After receiving your message, the corresponding counselor will contact you. In addition, the counselors for 2024 are as follows, so if you have a preferred counselor, please let us know when making your request.
Please contact the counselor directly with the specific details of your consultation. As a general rule, consultations will be conducted face-to-face, but in some cases, interviews may be conducted by email or telephone.
Counselors receive consultation from a neutral standpoint, are mindful of the human rights of the person seeking advice, and are obligated to maintain confidentiality regarding the content of the consultation.
